Jason Kutasi
Builder. Operator. Data Obsessive.
Before SkyHouse, Jason built and exited two direct-to-consumer brands — including one acquired by Scholastic. That operator experience shaped how we think about every dollar of ad spend: it's not a line item, it's someone's runway.
After exiting, Jason went deep into affiliate performance ads. He wasn't experimenting with creative for fun — he was stress-testing how far data, analytics, and systems could push predictability in advertising.
That obsession turned into a playbook: use data, statistical modeling, and technology to make performance feel less like roulette and more like a well-tuned machine.
How SkyHouse Became an Agency
SkyHouse didn't start with a pitch deck. It started with a handful of brands asking Jason to run "just a few campaigns" using the same systems behind his own brands.
What began almost accidentally quickly turned intentional. As results compounded, we built out a lean team of media buyers, data analysts, and creatives who all shared the same non-negotiable: decisions must be justified by the data.
Within the first year, those systems helped generate over $50M+ in revenue for clients. From there, SkyHouse evolved into a high-performing boutique agency that treats every client like an engineering problem to be solved, not an account to be managed.
